It’s no secret that Hinata Shouyou wasn’t the smartest kid in his grade. Far from it, actually.
It’s not that he was stupid it’s just that he always had volleyball on the brain.
Which is where you came in.
As the second-year representative of Karasuno’s academic honor society, it was your job to organize tutoring sessions for struggling students, especially first-years, still adjusting to the high school setting.
You sat in the library after school, patiently waiting for students who needed help with homework, labs, or whatever else they may be struggling with. You sat at an empty table as others worked around you. To be honest, tutoring was a pretty tedious task. You were thrown the same questions day after day: How do I solve this problem? Am I dividing these numbers correctly? Do you have studying tips for English class? The questions rambled on and on, and nothing exciting ever happened in the library to break up the boring afternoons.
Until the day you met the orange-haired first-year.
It was a normal day in the library, just like any other, really. You were twirling your pencil around your slender fingers in boredom, staring at the clock impatiently as the minutes ticked by. No one had come for study help today, but it was against policy to leave early. You sighed as you counted down until it was time to go. Suddenly, the door to the otherwise empty space was thrown open, and a short, yet energetic boy approached, slamming his messy notebooks onto the table where you sat.
“Please help me pass my math class!” the boy yelled, bowing respectfully to you.
Things were about to get interesting.
Two weeks had passed since you met the boy, and you must admit, his now common visits to the library for tutoring had definitely brightened your days. The good news was, most of his mistakes were easily correctable, due to sloppy notes and even sloppier homework. The bad news? The kid was so energetic that it was difficult to get him to focus.
“Shouyou-kun, you have to line up the numbers when you’re multiplying!” you pointed at a particularly sloppy assignment, “These are all over the place!”
The boy hung his head, “I’m sorry, (l/n)-senpai,” he looked up, clenching his fist with newfound resolve, “I’ll do better next time. I’m sure to pass this class!”
You chuckled as he packed up for the day.
“Off to practice?” you asked. In these past two weeks you’d learned a lot about the first-year, including the fact that he was the volleyball team’s decoy.
“Yep! You should come watch us some time!”
“Ehh, I don’t know about that. Maybe..”
“If you change your mind you’re always welcome!” And with that, the boy was out the door and down the hall. Even if he sprinted he’d never make it on time. He burst through the doors of the gym, but it was already too late.
Across the court, Tanaka shot him a menacing glare.
“Ehhh? Why are you late?” An aura of irritation was practically radiating off of the older boy.
“I’m sorry! I was at tutoring with (l/n)-senpai!”
Upon hearing the S word, Tanaka snapped out of his trance.
“Senpai? You mean you have other senpais?!” He fell onto the floor in disbelief, earning apologies from Hinata and a smack on the head from Daichi.
“(l/n)-san is helping me with my math, if it wasn’t for her I’d be failing right now!”
“Well, that’s very nice of her,” Sugawara interjected, trying to calm everyone down.
“Yep, she’s really nice! And smart!”
Now Tanaka was intrigued. With a proud huff he spoke up, “I think I need to meet this (l/n)-san… you know, to properly thank her for helping my kouhai.”
Nishinoya let out a snort of amusement, “yeah, that’s totally the reason you want to meet this girl!”

It was time. It was the game Asahi wasn't looking forward to playing. He didn't look forward to playing against the team that crushed his spirit. They crushed his spirit to the point where he lost all confidence in his abilities to help anyone. The loss that hurt him to the point where he cut off a lot of the people important in his life. The most important person being you. But as time crept closer, the more Asahi's nerves grew. His heart started to race and his stomach was uneasy.
What if we lose against Date Tech and I don't get a chance to explain everything, Asahi thought. Asahi grabbed hi

Notice Me, Senpai! (Tanaka x Reader)
You sighed rather loudly as you dropped your head onto your school desk.
You had legit tried everything and so far nothing was working.
Another sigh escaped your lips. A long, annoying, and drawn out sigh.
“Alright, what’s up with you,” Yukari; your long time friend, spoke up from the seat in front of you as she turned slowly to look at her forlorn friend.
“I hate him. I hate him so freaking much!” you spoke up with your forehead still pressed against the desk and your (H/C) hair covering the desk.
“Oh god, is this another Tanaka-senpai rant?” Yukari spoke up while eyeing her friend whom had now

"Are you ready for your game?" You asked as you and your boyfriend, Asahi, were walking home from school.
Asahi hesitated to answer your question. Noticing his hesitation, you smacked Asahi on his back. Azumane was shocked with what you just did, but he did reply. "W-was that really necessary?" he stuttered as he rubbed the back of his back.
"For someone as timid as you... yes," you answered bluntly.
"[Name]" Asahi sighed. Though he looked slightly annoyed with you, you had a wide smile on your face. "You're so cute," he mumbled
"Well would you look that," you said slightly tilting your head. Your smile grew wider and your eyes brightened
